Events Description
From his early days touring as Bone Man Slim, a role as bluegrass consultant for Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan, and to a recent stint playing cello backing up the Eagles, Wyndham Thiessen has followed his wide-ranging musical interests down a meandering path. While his considerable abilities on cello, lap steel, and banjo have made him a frequent collaborator on other musicians’ projects, his own songwriting has always remained a musical center of gravity, drawing him back from his various musical sojourns. Wyndham performs his newest collection of darkly humorous songs backed up by Ryan Shotton (guitar/mandolin) and Jaxon Lalonde (banjo/bass).
