St. John's
Events Description
Give yourself a beautiful gift of self-care to combat the February Blues!
Join Elaine Dunphy / Nia on the Rock for a 5 week session of Candlelight Nia.
This 40-year-old movement practice combines Dance Arts, Martial Arts & Healing Arts to bring dynamic ease and joy through movement to your body. We’ll also do guided meditations via Candlelight and in one of these sessions we’ll break out the parachute and silk veils!
We hope you’ll consider joining us for February Candlelight Nia at Manuels River.
New to Nia – no problem! Newbies are more than welcome to join!
