Sudbury
Events Description
From December 6 to 26, grab your cans and loose change and experience the FINAL YEAR of Durkac’s 50,000-bulb light spectacle, in support of the Sudbury Food Bank!
BIGGEST YEAR YET: In recognition of his decade-long effort, Durkac has been named one of this year’s “Metro Merrymakers,” with Metro grocery store kicking off his show’s launch by donating 4,000 food items (that’s about 2,800lbs of food!)
Visit the Durkac Festival of Lights’ Facebook page for more details: facebook.com/durkacfestivaloflights. Can’t make it to the show? Donate directly to the Edgar Burton Sudbury Food Drive at: SudburyFoodBank.ca/EdgarBurton
*The final year of the Durkac Festival of Lights is in honour of Durkac’s late mother, father, and sister.*
