For one night only, aKin and Goji Studio come together for a rare collaboration that unites food and art.
The evening is inspired by the moon jar, a vessel first created in the Joseon Dynasty. Formed by joining two halves of clay, its beauty lies in asymmetry and imperfection, a symbol of balance and wholeness. Goji Studio will open the evening with new works created in collaboration by Chef Ken and Ashley, before moving into an 8-course tasting menu where Chef Eric and Chef Ken bring the same spirit to the plate. Each course is served on custom plateware handmade by Ken for aKin, grounding the meal in craftsmanship and care.
Chef Ken has cooked in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Scaramouche in Toronto, three-Michelin star The Fat Duck in the UK, and Dinner by Heston in Melbourne. In Toronto, he is well known for his sensory-driven and intimate private dining series, k.dinners, which has built a loyal following for its creativity and artistry.

Tickets : $225
The price of the menu is $225 per guest, not inclusive of beverages, gratuities and 13% sales tax. As this is a one-night only event, the full amount of $225 will be charged for no-show or late cancellation.
