Events Description

The Trinity Bellwoods on Dundas BIA is bringing its annual Apple Pie Contest and Fundraiser back to Collective Arts Toronto Taproom & Café (777 Dundas St. West) on Saturday, November 8th to celebrate fall’s sweetest dish.

Running from 1pm until 3pm, Torontonians can enjoy a slice of the season’s signature treat for $5, with all proceeds being donated to St. Stephen’s Community House to fund services that support low-income people and families in the city.

Featuring apple pies made by home bakers, former contestants from The Great Canadian Baking Show Chi Nguyễn, Lauren Tjoe and Camila Garcia Hernandez, as well as from local businesses including Harry and the Heels Donuts and Wanda’s Pie in the Sky.

Pies will be judged on appearance, crust, filling and overall taste by culinary personality Jennifer Emilson and baking expert Michelle Pennock live on-location on November 8th.
