Arts Inside: Storytelling Through Collage with Harmeet Rehal

Work with your hands and get playful in this creative and tactile workshop. Grounded in the art of collage’s radical roots in many Black, Indigenous and racialized communities, participants will learn about this brilliant tool for storytelling and memory-keeping.

Explore a variety of textures, colours and materials brought together to create entirely new pieces of art, and gain a range of collaging techniques while learning how to make this medium accessible. No experience is necessary.

Arts Inside is a monthly performing arts workshop series for adults and youth 14+ led by professional artists. With a focus on creation, connection and community, this is your chance to bring out your inner artist!
