Blush: Art Gallery Reception & Artist Talks

Micak Gallery’s newest exhibition “Blush” invites viewers to reflect on the complexity of self-compassion & love in a portraiture exhibition.

You are invite to join the celebration and hear from some of the artists participating in this exhibition at the reception and artist talks, happening Saturday May 3, 2-5pm.

Focusing on compassion for the self, Blush looks at growth through love, what it means to evolve, heal, and expand as a person through experiencing relationships—whether through romance and connection with the inner self. Works are presented in a dynamic survey of pieces in painting, ceramics, mixed media, textiles, and pastel drawing.

Featured artists: Peter Barelkowski, Hannah Epstein, Isha Damania, Daina Mattis, Heidi McKenzie, JR Newton, Ghazaleh Rastgar, Johan Strub, Alexandra E. Tataru

Blush is on view from April 9- May 11, 2025 during regular gallery hours.
