Learn to spot Geographical Indication products and how to curate your own charcuterie board at one of our workshops. You can confidently tell your guests at your next holiday gathering, “Enjoy, it’s from Europe”!

Immerse yourself in a European culinary journey, exploring an array of authentic products hailing from a specific origin that cannot be reproduced anywhere else in the world. Sharpen your skills in identifying Geographical Indication products and master the art of crafting your personalized charcuterie board through our workshops. Our workshops are first come, first serve and dependant on capacity limits.

European Union representatives, Canadian officials, as well as food and spirits producers and importers, will join us at our prominent location at Stackt Market from 12 pm – 8 pm daily on December 12- December 17. This event promises to take you on a culinary journey, providing an authentic taste of Europe’s finest regions.
