Exhibition: Like a Mirror, Like a Mother, Like a Memory

This Mother’s Day weekend, Toronto-based artist Jilly Frances unveils Like a Mirror, Like a Mother, Like a Memory, a deeply personal exhibition bringing together three bodies of work, Sky, Rain, and Ground, a poetic collaboration that traces the emotional landscape of motherhood, attention, and the passing of time.

On view from May 8 to May 10, 2026 at Kikospace (2104 Dundas St W), the exhibition centres on Frances’ evolving practice of capturing fleeting moments and translating them into lasting forms.
