10XTO is thrilled to announce the celebration of International Women’s Day with Flowing For Our Sisters, a two-hour yoga fundraiser aimed at promoting women’s empowerment, strength, and inspiration.
The entirety of the proceeds raised will be generously donated to both Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter and Library In A Week.
Flowing For Our Sisters will commence with an invigorating vinyasa sequence, emphasizing personal empowerment and physical fortitude. It will then transition into serene stretching and reflection, prompting participants to contemplate their sources of motivation and how to incorporate it into their daily lives. Finally, the session will conclude with a peaceful savasana accompanied by a singing bowl sound bath and an opportunity for journaling. The event will be held on the Tennis Courts at 10XTO, offering a breathtaking sunset backdrop, with DJ Natalie Rivera curating an uplifting musical ambiance to keep participants energized.
All individuals are encouraged to join, with adaptable modifications provided for participants of all proficiency levels.
Attendees will be entered for a chance to win an exclusive treatment at the luxurious Guerlain Spa. Refreshments courtesy of Flow Water, Amino Balls, and Good Sunday.
