Toronto
Events Description
An ill-advised reunion. The 2023 Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival Audience Choice Winners reunite to ruin their legacy. Hopefully, taking down Doug Ford along the way.
Good News Toronto takes an in-depth look at local politics and stories. We are like a news broadcast that takes place at a party. We criticize politicians and the state of the world, but make it funny – you know laugh through the tears. We’re the Canadian Daily show, so more polite and more drunken.
We are a group of award winning writers, stand-up comics, improvisers, and sketch comedians who come from a variety of backgrounds. We’ve got a team that have won Audience Choice at Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival, been an official selection at BOOM Chicago’s Comedy Festival in the Netherlands, worked on the Debaters on CBC, and one of us once performed at the Crown and Tiger at 2AM on a Tuesday in February.
