Events Description
Back for its 3rd year, Holiday! An Improvised Musical is inspired by Stephen Sondheim’s Company, with this one-of-a-kind musical party entirely made up on the spot. Watch as this wildly talented and award-winning cast creates a dazzling night of improvised vignettes exploring love, work, relationships – and the true meaning of the holiday season. No two shows are ever the same because every night is a new musical sparked by your suggestions. It’s the only holiday celebration that guarantees laughs, surprises, and a whole lot of heart.
Directed by Jan Caruana (Because News), Holiday! An Improvised Musical features a fully improvised score by musical genius Scott Christian (The Second City) and an all-star cast from the heart of Toronto’s comedy and musical theatre scenes.
Each night audiences will catch a rotating cast of their favourite comedy stars including:
AP Bautista (Tell Tale Harbour)
Aurora Browne (Baroness Von Sketch Show)
Nadine Djoury (The Great Canadian Baking Show)
Kyah Green (Sort Of)
Brandon Hackett (Run The Burbs)
Sam Hancock (JFL)
Reid Janisse (The Second City)
Stephanie Malek (Songbuster)
Trevor Martin (Cannibal! The Musical)
Each performance is an entirely different experience, so whether it’s your first time or you’re a returning fan, Holiday! guarantees an unforgettable night of music, mirth, and seasonal cheer. Tis the season to laugh, sing, and celebrate—don’t miss out on the musical party of the year!
