Events Description
Actor, host, writer, designer, and producer, the inimitable Isaac Mizrahi brings his signature blend of storytelling, song, and sharp-witted humour to Koerner Hall. This one-of-a-kind performance brings together comedy, commentary, and an array of classic and soon-to-be classic songs from Stephen Sondheim to Blondie, from Comden and Green to Madonna. Accompanied by his six-piece jazz band, “Mizrahi is the real deal when it comes to cabaret: He’s charming, he sounds great, and he is seriously funny.” (TheaterMania)
Hailed by The New York Times as “determined to challenge the cultural status quo,” Mizrahi is as bold and brilliant as ever. Whether you are a devoted fan or discovering his artistry for the first time, this is an evening not to be missed.
“A founding father of a genre that fuses performance art, music and stand-up comedy.” (The New York Times)
