Aburi Sushi presents an exclusive tasting experience curated by Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki, spotlighting premium Kinmedai and rich, tender Wagyu shabu shabu. Taking place on Tuesday, July 15, with limited seatings at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, the dinner is priced at $125 per guest (plus taxes and gratuity). This experience is part of a special dinner series hosted by Aburi Sushi, with select Tuesday nights featuring different shabu shabu menus.. Guests will be treated to a 9-course menu that showcases the elegance and depth of Japanese cuisine, featuring standout selections like Aburi sashimi, handcrafted nigiri, and a delicate Japanese ginger panna cotta to finish.
