Events Description
Harbourfront Centre is the place to be for family fun over the May long weekend! From May 18 to 20, JUNIOR, Toronto’s international children’s festival, will showcase local and international performances from live theatre and dance to circus, music, storytelling and hands-on workshops.
Offering free, pay-what-you-can and ticketed programming, JUNIOR promises three days of play, imagination and fun at indoor and outdoor venues across Harbourfront Centre’s 10-acre waterfront location.
A dedicated Enhanced Accessibility Day on May 19 features ASL/DSL interpretation, described audio and introductory notes, touch tours, a relaxed guide and “Zen Den” quiet spaces for select events.
Happening annually over the May long weekend, the multidisciplinary festival offers an exciting lineup of programming from across the world where children can take in theatre, dance, live performance, music, hands-on workshops, circus (and so much more!).
JUNIOR is all about inspiring curiosity and imagination in our little ones, where Harbourfront Centre’s campus transforms into a playground of entertainment, play and fun. It’s going to be a long weekend full of surprises and joy – join us!
