Crafted by Chef de Cuisine Junnosuke Fujikawa and featuring a show-stopping dessert by Pastry Chef Glenda San Jose, this elegant seven-course menu captures the beauty of spring through refined Japanese techniques and premium seasonal ingredients. Priced at $175 per person, the multi-course dining experience offers a harmonious journey through delicate textures, bold flavours, and artful presentations, showcasing the best of Miku’s signature Aburi-style cuisine with springtime flair.
