Miku Toronto invites guests to celebrate the arrival of summer with an exclusive 7-course Early Summer Kaiseki dinner experience, available from May 11 to July 3 during dinner service at their downtown Toronto location (10 Bay Street, Toronto, ON). Curated by Chef de Cuisine Junnosuke Fujikawa, this limited-time tasting menu showcases the finest seasonal ingredients and the artistry of Japanese cuisine, thoughtfully paired with wine and sake. The menu is priced at $175 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
Set within Miku Toronto’s elegant dining room, this seasonal menu showcases the finest ingredients of early summer through refined plating and exceptional technique. From Wagyu Tartare and Chef’s selection of sashimi to King Salmon and Sansho Soy-Marinated Wagyu, each course highlights the harmony of Japanese flavours and modern creativity. The experience concludes with a Sorbet dessert by Pastry Chef Glenda San Jose, offering a refreshing finish to the meal.
