Celebrated cellist Steven Isserlis and Canadian pianist Connie Shih are frequent collaborators, captivating audiences worldwide at venues like Wigmore Hall, Carnegie Hall, and the Berlin Philharmonie.
Beyond performance, Isserlis is a passionate teacher, author, and broadcaster. As Sir John Barbirolli said, “Steven Isserlis is a musician of immense talent and insight, whose sound and interpretation leave a deep and lasting impression.”
Their thoughtfully curated program highlights Isserlis’s broad musical interests, featuring the Ritournelle by Czech composer Vítězslava Kaprálová alongside beloved cello-piano repertoire gems.
