After two sold-out lab performances in New York City (with Creative Producer Osh Ashruf, ‘Strange Loop’ & ‘Merrily We Roll Along’ Broadway), Isabel Monk Cade brings her solo show ‘MY WAY’ to Toronto for a limited engagement lab performance on December 20th at The Burdock Music Hall!
‘MY WAY’ is a darkly-comedic hour-long solo show which serves as a retrospective of every time Isabel has had the distinct honor of taking the morning-after pill.

The show begins after a H*nge date with ‘Bushwick Charlie’ where a condom gets lost inside of her. It’s there, in Bushwick Charlie’s Bushwick Bathroom, whilst wrist-deep inside her own vagina, that the retrospective begins as she recounts and relives each moment she’s had to have this same, solitary conversation with herself.
A cutting exploration of isolation, consent, and sexual autonomy, ‘MY WAY’ is universal for any person with a uterus and important for any person without one.
