Have A Heart Tour

Longtime fans of each other, Royal Wood and Fortunate Ones are tired of being touring ships passing in the night. Both are musical miners of the heart, so they decided to call this The Have a Heart Tour. It’s been a long time coming, but well worth the wait!

ROYAL WOOD
Singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist Royal Wood returns with his new album Dear John, available now. Described as “a letter to himself,” the record reunites him with five time Grammy winner Ryan Freeland and features musicians Ash Soan and Hutch Hutchinson.

With more than 30 million streams and song placements on Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, Royal’s music continues to reach audiences worldwide. A former iTunes Songwriter of the Year, he has earned JUNO and Canadian Folk Music Award nominations and two Top 30 albums.

Dear John marks a new chapter for one of Canada’s most enduring and innovative voices

FORTUNATE ONES
Out of a period of isolation, introspection, and honesty, emerges That Was You and Me, the new album from Fortunate Ones.

With lush harmonies rising out of warm acoustic sounds, That Was You and Me finds Fortunate Ones reflecting on life, loss, grief, and hard times, and ultimately choosing love.

“Every part of our lives was changing. It was a big transition period, personally and professionally,” says Catherine Allan, one half of the St. John’s, Newfoundland duo, of the period in which these songs were written. After touring their second album, Hold Fast, the two craved time to retreat, reconnect, and create. Some of that time was granted on the heels of surgery.
