Runway Reels

Runway Reels returns to YZD for four weekends only with outdoor movie nights set against the unmistakable backdrop of The Runway. Bring a blanket, gather your crew, and settle in for a cinematic memorable experience and discover the city in a new way.
Whether you are returning or attending for the first time, we welcome you to YZD.

Each evening begins with pre-show entertainment and snacks before the feature film lights up The Runway. Guests can choose the classic drive-in style or walk in and enjoy our lounge seating before enjoying a cinematic journey through stories that connect us to the past, the future, and one another.

Runway Reels is part of YZD’s long-term vision to transform the former Downsview Airport lands into a cultural destination where creativity, community, and city-building take flight.
