Join us as we transform our 25 acre site into a ghoulishly grand Halloween town – a family event perfect for kids 10 and under!
With your treat bag in tow, trick-or-treat around the Museum grounds where you will encounter lively and not-so-lively characters! Have your fortune told by our Fortune Teller, and dance the night away at our Monster Mash! Come in costume, have fun and enjoy the family activities.
🎤 Live Show: Visit our Transportation Hall to experience live shows from our resident Mad Scientist! Shows run on the hour from 12 PM to 5 PM.
🚂 Family Fun: Hop on our scenic Don Valley North Trolley trackless train, presented by Don Valley North Toyota as it makes its rounds around our spooky site.
📸 Memory Makers: Stop by our Bandstand and take photos of our ScaryFest Halloween photo booth with your little ones in their amazing costumes!
🏛️ Immersive Historical Experience: Witness the blacksmith shop come to life as our skilled blacksmith wields his hammer to make items right in front of your eyes!
🖼️ Hands-On Exhibition Spaces: Explore engaging exhibitions like “A Picture of Markham – The Art of Pat Wheeler,” the reimagined “Markham Community Makers”, and our brand new “Everyday Superheroes” exhibition.
🎉 Interactive Activities: Bring your young ones to over 10 interactive activities based in our historical buildings.

Children under 24 months are admitted free.
Entrance is by timed ticket, please pick the entrance time slot that works best for you and guarantee your spot today!

Saturday, October 25 & Sunday, October 26, 2025 | 12-6 PM.
Saturday & Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Last entry at 4:00PM.
Admission is by timed entrance every half hour, with last entrance at 4:30 PM.

North of 16th Avenue on the West side of Markham Road.
