North York’s Aburi TORA has launched an exclusive summer lineup showcasing refined ingredients and eye-catching presentation. Led by Head Chef Young Son, the menu features indulgent new additions, including a standout collaboration with MICHELIN-starred chef Ryusuke Nakagawa of Aburi Hana. Perfect for a casual lunch or refined dinner outing, the updated offerings highlight summer’s finest flavours with an Aburi twist, complete with a playful parfait to finish. The menu is available exclusively for dine-in service. Reservations can be made from 12 pm to 5 pm.
