Limited to just twelve guests per evening, each experience begins high above the city with a private visit to our rooftop garden, where guests will discover and handpick the ingredients that will inspire the night’s menu. The journey continues in The City’s Dining Room with a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu—all expertly paired with hand-selected wines from celebrated Canadian vineyards.
