Experience a blend of Armenian folk songs, new classical music, and contemporary post-minimalism with the energy of rock and jazz at the Aga Khan Museum. The Naghash Ensemble, composed by John Hodian, features three brilliant female vocalists and some of Armenia’s finest instrumentalists on duduk, oud, dhol, and piano. Enjoy a night of captivating new music, inspired by sacred texts by the medieval Armenian mystic poet and priest, Mkrtich Naghash. Tickets to this performance include admission to the Museum’s galleries.
