For one night, we’re marking the occasion with new feature dishes inspired by TONO’s Japanese and Peruvian roots, signature favourites, music, and a few surprises throughout the evening.
Chef Akira Back will be joining us in Toronto for the celebration, bringing a personal touch to TONO’s first anniversary.
