The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony
The Annual Tree Lighting ceremony acts as the weekend kickoff celebration to the holiday season in Brampton. The Tree Lighting Ceremony includes a community countdown to light up the 60 ft. spruce tree decorated with over 10,000 Christmas lights in Ken Whillans Square. This free event hosts musical entertainment, a variety of indoor and outdoor activities geared to the entire family.
The Brampton Santa Claus Parade
The annual Brampton Santa Claus Parade has been tradition in Brampton since 1985. Join the crowds that line the streets to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Claus to town at Canada’s largest night time parade. Arrive early to get a good seat and don’t forget to bring your lawn chair!
