Workshop for Building Harassment-Free Workplaces

Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is pleased to invite you to our upcoming Community Dialogue: From Policy to Practice: Creating Harassment-Free and Equitable Work Environments, which will take place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 4:00-5:30 pm on Zoom.
This dialogue will bring together community members, professionals, and advocates to explore how organizations can move beyond written policies and create real, lived culture change in the workplace. Together, we will discuss:
• Effective practices to prevent harassment, discrimination, and microaggressions
• Building safe and confidential reporting systems that employees can trust
• Balancing accountability with education and growth
• Legal and ethical responsibilities of employers in fostering equity
This is our chance to share our voice, learn from experts, and contribute to meaningful strategies for creating safer and more inclusive workplaces for all.
