This game is more than a football game — it’s one of the largest public displays of support for Orange Shirt Day in British Columbia.
Over the past six years, the BC Lions have put more than 50,000 orange shirts into the community, and this year we’re adding another 10,000 at the gates. Our goal is simple: if you’ve ever received an Orange Shirt from the BC Lions — or already have an orange shirt of your own — wear it to BC Place on September 25. Together, we’ll turn the stadium into a sea of orange, standing in recognition, remembrance and support for survivors, their families and the ongoing journey toward reconciliation.
