A roasted free-range turkey from Fraser Valley, ensuring high-quality and locally sourced poultry.
Sides of Yukon Gold roasted garlic mashed potatoes and maple glazed market vegetables, providing a blend of savory and sweet flavors.
A heritage greens salad, enhanced with toasted pumpkin seeds and sundried cherries, dressed in Dijon vinaigrette, offering a fresh and tangy contrast.
Homemade turkey gravy and a cranberry orange sauce, adding classic, rich flavors to the meal.
