Christmas Eve Dinner with dishes like Lobster Bisque, Ahi Tuna Carpaccio, Slow Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey, Black Cod & Prawns, Festive Dessert Trio & more!
For starters, guests can choose from Lobster Bisque with butter-braised langostino, Ahi Tuna Carpaccio with togarashi spice, or a Tomato and Burrata Salad. Wine pairings include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rose Prosecco.
Entrée choices include Slow Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey with traditional sides, Braised Beef Short Rib with truffled mushroom risotto, Black Cod and Prawns with a pine nut and cranberry rice pilaf, and a vegetarian option of Fall Spice Infused Cauliflower Steak. Wine options are Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert is a Festive Dessert Trio featuring sticky toffee pudding, peaches and cream panna cotta, and gingerbread mille feuille, complemented by ice wine or Tawny Port.
