Events Description
Universally recognized as one of today’s top performing artists, Ukrainian born-Israeli Vadim Gluzman’s staggering virtuosity breathes new life and passion into Tchaikovsky’s beloved Violin Concerto – playing on the very same 1690 Stradivari violin the concerto was premiered on in 1881!
Plus, the VSO and Maestro Tausk tackle Shostakovich’s monumental Symphony No. 5. It is daring, evocative, and substantial in its depth of emotional force.
