Three Courses + Perfect Wine Pairings
The menu begins with starters like Burrata salad, Crab & Lobster Bisque, and Octopus Carpaccio, each paired with select wines.
The entrées include Pork Belly & Seared Scallop with Fennel Pollen, Beef Filet & Seared Foie Gras, Sake Kasu Glazed Sablefish, and a vegetarian Winter Squash and Porcini Wellington. These dishes are complemented by wine pairings from regions like Sonoma, Italy, and Australia.
Dessert options are a Celebration Religieuse, a chocolate choux pastry, and a Dark Chocolate Brownie, both suggested to be paired with Black Sage Vineyard’s “Pipe” wine.
