The menu features an array of luxurious dishes. The “Tomahawk” ($115, serves 3) includes sous vide grilled steak, seafood, and sides like roasted garlic potatoes and broccolini. The “Seafood Broil” ($90, serves 3) offers a selection of shellfish in a white wine sauce with garlic focaccia. The “Seafood Tower” ($150, serves 4-5) includes a variety of chilled seafood. “Fresh Oysters” are available at $4.5 each. The three-course menu ($95/person) includes options like Vancouver Chowder, Duck Confit, and Chocolate & Pumpkin Mousse.
