Events Description
Spend your Spring Break at Mackin House and learn how to make zines through working with collaging, comics, and storytelling. Kids will be taken on a tour of our anniversary exhibit and learn about the rise of popular media through the decades by looking at retro magazines, comic books, movie posters, and video games. They will then spend the rest of the time learning how to tell their own stories through making zines.
We are offering 2 sessions per day, 2 days a week, each adapted to the targeted age group. All materials will be provided. $10 per child.
