Events Description
Stinging nettles are a rich and accessible source of minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Musqueam educator Kymberlee Stogan will share a wealth of information about nettles’ wide range of uses, including when and how to plant seeds, making nettle and mint tea, and using nettle as a salve. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with nature and expand your knowledge of herbal remedies.
