Festive Season Lunch offers an exquisite dining experience, blending traditional flavors with gourmet touches.
Starters include a Smoked Salmon Bisque featuring house-smoked wild sockeye and scallion crème fraiche, and a Fall Harvest Salad with ingredients like roasted granny smith apples and sweet potatoes, complemented by maple cider vinaigrette. Wine pairings such as Chardonnay and Rose Prosecco are available.
Entrée choices are Slow Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey with classic accompaniments, Grilled Salmon with a cranberry beurre blanc and lentil cassoulet, and a vegetarian Butternut Squash Ravioli in a beurre noisette cream sauce. Wines like Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot are suggested as pairings.
