Join us for a delicious buffet brunch prepared by the talented and creative culinary team at Assiniboine Park. The bountiful buffet will feature an array of traditional brunch favorites, savoury selection of specialty dishes, and a dazzling display of decadent desserts. Plus, Santa is stopping by for a visit and photos!

Pastries, croissants and rolls with butter and jam
Tossed salad with roasted red pepper, red onion, toasted almonds, and rosemary vinaigrette (vegan)
Caesar salad with lemon, croutons, and parmesan
Assorted cheese and pickle tray
Crudité selection with ranch and hummus (hummus and veggies are vegan)
Hand cut hashbrowns with fried onions and herbs (vegan)

French toast with whipped cream, syrup, and caramelized apple compote

Please note that Brunch with Santa does not include admission to The Leaf’s biomes. If you would like to visit the biomes, please purchase tickets before or after your brunch reservation or come back and explore on another date. Tickets to visit the biomes are date and time specific.
