Update from Organiser:
We regretfully announce that we have decided to cancel the Winnipeg Scottish Festival planned for Saturday, March 21, 2020. We did not make this decision lightly, but feel the health and safety of our pipe band community is paramount to us. The Province of Manitoba has recommended that one of the Best practices regarding Covid-19 is to avoid large social gatherings and practice social distancing.
The Province of Manitoba’s most recent Bulletin on the COVID-19 issue is located at https://news.gov.mb.ca/news/index.html?item=46933&posted=2020-03-13
We believe that cancelling our event is the responsible thing to do. We are looking at the most efficient way of refunding entries and will be in contact with individual registrants over the next few weeks. Any questions or concerns can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your support and understanding.
