Overview
What to Do at Deer Meadow Farms?
Have a fun day at the farm, visit the animals in their pens, see miniature cows on the pasture, go on a wagon train ride through their Wild Game Preserve, unscramble games hidden around the Fort Frontier maze, climb the bale pyramid and the tired mountains, slide down the giant slide, and enjoy a game of Farmer Golf.
On select dates from Juen to August, the farm offers a 45-minute relaxing goat yoga by well-known licensed Yoga Instructor, Michele Maryk (aka Flexy Michele).
A concession stand on site will offer hamburgers, hot dogs, various hot and cold beverages, candies, chips, ice creams, and more.
In September, be sure to check out their 5-acre Pumpkin Patch and select the perfect pumpkin for carving, decor, or making pies. Take part in their annual Pumpkin Festival. One of their main attractions is the 10-acre corn maze which has a new and unique design every year.
During the Halloween season, one of Winnipeg’s popular Halloween attractions, the Forbidden Forest opens.
This favorite farm destination is about 5 min from Winnipeg. The farm offers seasonal vegetables, poultry, jams, syrup, honey, and other farm-related products.
Deer Meadow Farms also hosts birthday parties, Junior Farmer Day Camp/Summer Programs, and Guided School Programs.
