This is the easiest trail to complete in this area, so we thought it worth a mention for kids, as it is only an hour walk to the falls, and a rocky beach where the family can enjoy a picnic or a rest. WHONNOCK LAKE

Grab your kids, some beach toys, sports equipment, lawn chairs and a picnic and head out to spend the day at this enjoyable lake. With a small beach area, open spaces, a canoe rental facility, concession, volleyball courts and a playground, kids will thoroughly enjoy every moment here.
