I would also highly recommend Kidtropolis for this list. Especially since it rains a lot in Richmond, Kidtropolis is a great indoor activity for kids. It’s like a mini city with play structures and cafe. They also allow bookings for birthday parties. My kids have gone a number of times and always have a great time.
