Regina Restaurant Ranked Top 10 Fine Dining Restaurant in Canada by Global Travellers

A Queen City restaurant has been named one of the best restaurants for fine dining in Canada.

Travellers from across the world have chosen Memories Dining & Bar as the 8th best restaurant enabling them to win Travellers Choice Award for Fine Dining by Tripadvisor.

A mainstay in Regina’s restaurant scene, the dining establishment known for culinary innovation, selection of international wines and scotches, tableside flambé service, and global cuisine was founded in 1989 by Thomas Siarkos who moved from Greece to Regina in 1981.

Bringing his finest culinary talents to the table, Thomas Siarkos has served all the senior members of the Royal Family including Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Edward, and Princess Margaret.

Carlee Ray Jepsen, Michael Bublé, and Tom Jones have also enjoyed the unique and delectable creations by Thomas Siarkos and his team.

This hidden spot is no stranger to accolades as they have appeared in various top lists including Air Canada’s enRoute magazine and previously winning Trip Advisor’s Travellers Choice awards in 3 categories.

To Do Canada Staff were not surprised by the award as we have featured them in all our special event dining articles including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas.

The restaurant supports various charities across Regina and they have been recognised as an “Outstanding Community Partner” by AFP South Saskatchewan Chapter for their contributions.

If you want to dine at the restaurant, call (306-522-1999) or book online. They also offer catering for your special functions. The restaurant is located at 1717 Victoria Ave, Regina.
