Celebrate the 5th annual Taste of Waterton with Thirsty Bear sponsored by Big Rock Brewery! Enjoy live music and food samples from local restaurants.
Chef’s Table Breakfast: May 25 & June 1 | 10:00 a.m.
It’s the most important meal of the day! Breakfast culture comes to Waterton at Pearl’s Café.
Dining Under the Dark Skies: May 28 & May 30 | 8:00 p.m.
This Dark Sky Dinner event is hosted by local Waterton residents and tour guides, the Dark Sky Guides. With limited seating, dinner will feature a gourmet, 3-course set meal of dark delights, prepared by local culinary talent.
Taste of the Outdoors: May 26 & June 2 | 9:00 a.m.
Experience a scenic hike in beautiful Waterton with a local Interpretive Guide from the Tamarack. Learn about the nature that surrounds you and discover what makes this part of Alberta so unique. After the hike enjoy a gourmet Italian lunch provided by Red Rock Trattoria. Head Chef James McLean will be in attendance to explain each unique dish as you savour and enjoy the food and spectacular views.
