Lowe’s Canada is looking to fill over 4,700 full-time and part-time seasonal positions and 700 regular positions in its 600 corporate and network of corporate stores this spring. Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) is a FORTUNE® 50 home improvement company serving more than 18 million customers a week in the United States and Canada. Based in Boucherville, Quebec, Lowe’s Canadian business, together with its wholly owned subsidiary, RONA inc., operates or services close to 600 corporate and independent affiliate dealer stores in a number of complementary formats under different banners. These include Lowe’s, RONA, Réno-Dépôt, Ace and Dick’s Lumber.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Available positions include Administrative Support Associates (in store), Drivers (class 1 and 3), Sales Associates, Receiving Clerks, Stockers, Customer Service Associates, Cashiers, and Lumber Yard Clerks. Lowe’s Canada has said that experience in the home improvement sector is not required for submitting an application since all new employees will have access to training and mentoring suited to the various positions.

WHEN:
Lowe’s Canada will be holding the third edition of its National Hiring Day on March 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in all its Lowe’s, RONA, and Reno-Depot corporate stores in Canada.
To accommodate student applicants, the hiring date for most seasonal jobs is flexible.
HOW TO APPLY:
Interested candidates are invited to walk into their preferred store between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on March 14 to learn more about available positions.
Some independent dealers affiliated with the RONA banner will take this opportunity to hold their own hiring event on March 14.
Management teams will be on site to accept applications and meet with candidates.
