Easter Parade

Join us for our annual parade on Easter Sunday when we stroll through Ladner Village with the Easter Bunny and the Delta Police Pipe Band. Don’t forget to wear your bunny ears and decorate your bike, wagon or stroller. This is a free family event brought to you by members of the Ladner Business Association. Details

This holiday-themed run offers a 5km/10km Big Bunny Run/Walk (2pm) as well as a 1-3km Little Bunny Run/Walk (1pm) around scenic Jericho Beach Park.
Run with the local bunnies, enjoy a DJ, take part in the Egg Hunt (1-3km participants only) with prize giveaways, vendors and more.Details

Easter is all about rebirth, and it’s not just the Easter Bunny that lays eggs; here at the Cannery, we celebrate the restart of the salmon life cycle as the first Pacific salmon prepare to return upstream to spawn a new generation! Easter at the Cannery is a fun-filled, family-friendly weekend featuring crafts, story time, games, and of course, the annual Easter Salmon Scavenger Hunt, all inside the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site. Easter FUN Day

The egg hunt is self-guided, and you don’t need to do it first! Remember to bring a basket or a bag to carry your eggs; none are available at the event.

There will be eight large bunny posters hidden throughout the park, each with a basket of eggs—once you find a bunny poster, take ONE egg only. Once you’ve found at least six characters you can exchange the eggs at the egg-change station for a goodie bag. One goodie bag per child—your wristband gets turned in at the same time you return your eggs.
