Join us at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day dedicated to learning, reflection, and remembrance. Explore the history and lasting impacts of residential schools with survivor testimonials, guided experiences, guest speakers, traditional foodways, and film screenings.

Participate in meaningful ceremonies throughout the day, including a Sunrise Ceremony, Survivor Flag Raising, and Smudge Ceremony. Admission is free, and programming runs from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
