Our featured speaker, Natalie Stokner, will share her personal journey of mental health recovery, offering insights that will resonate with everyone who believes in the power of mental wellness.

– Welcome address from CMHA Calgary Board and Executive Director
– CMHA Recovery College participant shares her journey to workplace wellness
– Mini Community Education session breaking down stigma, providing a preventative approach to personal and workplace mental wellness, as well as where to get more help.
