Join us for a fun, lighthearted, empowering fashion show featuring holiday outfits on diverse bodies from small, tall, to plus 16. Clothing boutique espy and Founder Megan Szanik will be sharing fashion trends for the holidays, tips & tricks to take a day outfit to evening, and easy ways to repurpose items you may already have in your closet.
You’ll also hear from media Dietitian and founder of Health Stand Nutrition Andrea Holwegner and on how to navigate eating over the holidays. Andrea will be talking about fueling your body for confidence, energy, health at all sizes, and how you can joyfully include your favourite holiday sweet & savoury foods this season (after all she’s had a long love affair with her favorite food… chocolate!)
We know struggles with body image peak over the holidays. Let’s take some of the stress out of dressing and eating for the holidays in this fun-filled event. ✨
