EVITA

Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1952. An announcement is made that Eva Peron has died. Flash back to 1934, where we begin the journey of the life of Eva Duarte, a young 15 year-old with stars in her eyes. We witness her rise to power as “Evita,” Argentina’s controversial First Lady, saint of the working class. And we watch with great sadness as Evita succumbs to illness which causes her untimely death at 33 years old.
This production realized by the Senior Company of Burlington Student Theatre, who brought you CHICAGO, CRAZY FOR YOU and many other popular musicals. EVITA is sure not to disappoint.
